How to choose the right package?

What package you will choose depends on the size and complexity of the event. For instance, the smallest package S,  has only the 4 mandatory criteria. All the other packages have additional criteria besides the mandatory ones, that you can pick based on your needs. 

  • Mobility (mandatory)
    Do you expect participants to travel to the event venue by different means of transport (flight, bus, train, bicycle, on foot, etc.)?
  • Project Management (mandatory)

    Will you appoint a project leader who will manage the project for at least one week?

  • Communication
    Will you use at least four communication tools for communicating with attendees (website, e-newsletters, advertisements, social media platforms, internal communication etc.)?
  • Marketing
    Do you plan to advertise your event in various media channels (printed press, TV, radio, online advertising, outdoor advertising, etc.)?
  • Venue (mandatory)
    Will the event take place in a conference centre, hotel, unique venue, company premises, etc.?
  • Exhibition
    Will your event include an accompanying exhibition that will include at least five exhibitors?
  • Purchasing products and ordering services
    Do you expect to order new products for your event that will exceed the value of 500 EUR (gadgets, gifts for participants, office equipment, etc.)?
  • Catering
    Will you order catering services for participants (coffee breaks, lunch, reception, dinner)?
  • Multimedia equipment and production
    Will the production require additional scenography elements, lighting, sound and multimedia equipment?
  • Hotel accommodation
    Will you organise hotel accommodation for attendees and book rooms in at least one hotel?
  • Social responsibility

    Do you expect your event to foster positive CSR effects for society?

  • Natural Environment
    Will your event take place in a natural environment (at least 20%), and will it detrimentally impact animal and plant habitats?
  • Energy
    Will your event be energy-intensive (events with more than 50 participants)?
  • Waste
    Will your event create more than 50 kg of waste (paper, cardboard, biological waste, glass, metal and plastic)?
  • Water
    Will the average water consumption of attendees exceed 4.500 litres of water per event per day (equivalent to 50 attendees with an average consumption of 90 litres per event per day)?
  • SDG Regenerative Effects (mandatory)
    Do you expect your event to have a significant short-term impact and leave a long-term positive legacy for the local community?
